“C’est moi qui l’ai fait!” (Made by yours truly!)

My name is Pascale Weeks (aka Scally), I’m 44 and married with two children.

I have always loved cooking which for me is synonymous with sharing and conviviality. I adore all things homemade, in fact I’d even go as far as saying that I’m obsessed with them. Most of all, there is nothing I enjoy more than being able to say: “C’est moi qui l’ai fait!” (Made by yours truly!), hence the name of this blog.

C’est moi qui l’ai fait! came into being 2nd March 2004 during sabbatical leave. I am the author of the texts published on the blog alongside the photos which are all protected by copyright. As well as my love of cooking I discovered a real passion for culinary writing and one year after I created my blog I decided to take the plunge and become a professional culinary writer. After a couple of difficult months, I started to write for others and in particular for the site goosto.fr until December 2008. I was then contacted by the éditions First, through my blog and I have so far published four recipe books with this publishing house.
