My name is Anne Lataillade, I am married and I live in Bordeaux.

I am fascinated with everything to do with the Internet; owing to my two children’s food allergies, I became more interested in what was in my family’s plates. I was looking for an easy way to stock and share recipes and information, so in June 2005 I started a recipe blog, Papilles et Pupilles (Taste buds and Pupils), followed a few months later by a second one: Les recettes pour allergiques de Papilles et Pupilles (Recipes for Taste buds and Pupils with allergies).

This captivating and enriching experience steered me towards a new professional track. Since 2007 I have been a freelance writer and I have worked for several different culinary and women’s sites ( including Monoprix, Auféminin, Unilever, Intermarché, Orange, Marmiton, Matines, Santé Pratique…). I also write cook books and direct gourmet web reports…
