Partageons mon avis by Nicolas Jegoun (Let’s share my opinion)
–> Visit my blog in French
I live in Kremlin-Bicêtre, a suburb just outside of the centre of Paris. I’m originally from Loudéac, a lovely little town lost somewhere between Brest and Rennes and Saint-Brieuc and Lorient, right in the middle of Brittany. I head back every month to see my family and catch up with my childhood friends over a drink.
In real life I have worked in computers for nearly 25 years. After years of hard toil I’m now in a senior managerial role at the glorious institution that employs me. I’m an inveterate bachelor known to more than occasionally prop up the bar. I spend a fair amount of time at La Comète, my favourite bistro, which, quite handily, is just downstairs from my place.
One thing led to another and La Comète became the centrepoint of my personal blog, Partageons nos apéros (Let’s have a drink together). Just as an aside, the blog was first called Blog à Nicolas (Nicolas’ Blog) then Partageons mes âneries (Let’s share my rubbish). I talk about what is going on in the neighbourhood and describe the drinking exploits of my trusty companions, “Old Jacques” and “TonnéGrande”. One of my other blogs, Partageons l’addiction (Let’s share the addiction) progressively turned into a forum for new technologies; it’s not intended for computer geeks but for other bloggers, Twitterers, iPhone users …
On Let’s share the addiction, I find myself letting loose and talking about politics as if I were standing at the bar. This blog is currently experiencing some glory thanks to the readers of the other two blogs who have propelled it into the heights of the blogosphere and Wikio rankings.
