Seeing Shanghai with foreign eyes

- >Visit my blog in Italian.

  1. I’m Neapolitan
  2. I live in China
  3. Currently located in Shanghai

Who am I? Why am I here? Sorry, but I prefer not to say. It’s not that I hide it because I don’t owe you that respect. In fact, that’s not it at all. I hide my identity because some of my ideas aren’t in line with the local government and here in China, Big Brother isn’t just big. He’s immense. So it’s better to be on the quiet about these things.

It’s enough for you to know that I travel for a living, wander around the world because I love it, and am an Expat because I need to be. This isn’t my first experience with a blog; in the past I blogged about my life in another country to moderate success.

I don’t really want to do more than tell my stories of daily life in a metropolis within such a fascinating country, spent in such an amazing year (it coincides with the Universal Expo). I want to talk about little things, curious things. About the flavors, aromas and colors of this place as seen by an Italian. Or rather, by a Neapolitan. I hope I can do them justice.
